Description
Zen Adapt contains two important inhibiting messenger substances with GABA and L-theanine. The Zen formula has been expanded with Sensoril®, a patented root and leaf extract from Ashwagandha (Whitania somnifera).
Recommended use:
- Take 2 capsules once or twice a day between meals
Note:
- If you are taking antidepressants or other psychiatric drugs, use Zen Adapt only under medical supervision.
