Allergy Research Group Niacin provides 250 mg of Vitamin B3 per capsule.
Recommended use:
- Maintenance dose: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily with meals
- Therapeutic Dose: Take up to 4 capsules 2-3 times daily with meals.
Hints:
- Increase the dose slowly. Monitor high blood pressure at high dose.
- Niacin can initially lead to harmless redness and slight tingling. Not suitable for people with cardiovascular problems.
