Description
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a water-soluble substance and is considered as the best supplier of bioavailable sulphur.
- 85% of the sulphur that occurs in the body comes from MSM.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 to 3 capsules 1-5 times daily, at best between meals.
Note: an intact intestinal flora is needed for the absorption of MSM .
