Description
The new All Stars Zell Tech Fusion now contains creatine from the Creapure recipe as well as carbohydrates and many other popular ingredients.
Recommended dosage:
- Mix 1 ½ scoops (50g) and mix with 500ml of cold water daily.
- The easiest way to prepare is to use a shaker cup ( shake vigorously for about 10 seconds).
- On training days: drink before or immediately after exercise.
- On training days: drink directly before breakfast.
Note:
Take for 8-12 weeks, then pause for 3 weeks. Then repeat. Can lead to weight gain.
