Recommended use:

• Add 2 scoops (40g = 1 serving) to 400ml of cold water and stir vigorously until dissolved
• The easiest way to prepare the mixture is by using a shaker.
• Drink 2-4 servings (depending on your body weight) daily, preferably before breakfast, as a snack and immediately after training.
• For best results, take for a period of at least 6 weeks.
