Recommended Use:
- Depending on your physical activity, drink 3-4 portions of 500 ml servings of ready-to-drink beverage daily.
- Increase your servings during periods of heavy physical activity.
Preparation with the pump:
- Unscrew the bottle.
- Insert the pump into the bottle opening and screw on tightly.
- Mixing ratio: 0,3L water: 2 Pumps, 0,4L Water: 2 1/2 Pumps, 0,5L Water: 3 Pumps
