The All Stars Ultimate Mass Gain
- Practical 1800 g container

Recommended use:
- Drink up to 3 servings MASS GAIN daily, preferably at breakfast, as a snack before exercise, immediately after exercise and/or at bedtime.
- Add 100 g (3 heaping scoops ALL STARS) MASS GAIN to a hand mixer (shaker cup) or blender filled with 600ml whole milk (or 500 ml of water).
- Close shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds or mix for 10-15 seconds with the mixer.
