Recommended use:
- For 1 serving of BCAA Powder All Stars, mix 5 g powder (about 1 teaspoon) with 200 ml of water or fruit juice.
- Drink 1 - 3 servings daily for breakfast and 30 minutes before your workout, as well as immediately after your workout.
