Description
This premium formula features a highly concentrated, pure extract of valerian root, delivering the nutritional equivalent of 500 mg of valerian per single capsule for a convenient one-a-day dose. This preparation is 100% vegan and is free from additives, gluten, lactose, and soy.
One bottle contains a 12-week supply (at the daily recommended dose).
Recommended Intake:
Take 1 capsule in the evening, approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Swallow whole with a glass of water. If preferred, the capsule may be opened, and the contents (powder) can be stirred into water; please note the inherently slightly sharp-bitter natural taste profile of pure valerian root.
Important Considerations: Because it may cause a feeling of drowsiness, avoid taking it in combination with alcohol.
