Description
The pure extract from the valerian root corresponds to 500 mg valerian per capsule. One capsule per day is therefore sufficient. The preparation is vegan and contains no additives, gluten, lactose or soy.
If the recommended dosage is followed, the contents of the pack will last for 12 weeks.
Consumption recommendation
Take 1 capsule in the evening, approx. 30 minutes before bed, unchewed and with sufficient water. The capsule can be opened if required. Note: the powder has a slightly sharp-bitter flavour.
Warning: Valerian in high doses or in combination with alcohol can lead to impaired reactions (road traffic, operation of machinery)!
