Description
High-quality iodine from Ascophyllum nodosum, a coldwater seaweed or brown algae from the pristine waters of the Scottish Hebrides. The unique conditions in this area - water levels changing twice daily - promote a particularly nutrient-rich profile. Selective "trimming" of the upper parts of the plant allows continuous regrowth of the algae for an environmentally friendly harvest.
Iodine is known to support normal cognitive function, normal energy metabolism, normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function, among other things.
Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with sufficient water, preferably between or after meals.
