ZeinPharma Natural D-Mannose 500 mg, 60 capsules

These capsules by ZeinPharma® contain D-mannose extracted from birch bark in a complex process. The process is particularly gentle to ensure that the supplement remains as close to natural as possible. The capsules are purely plant-based and therefore also suitable for vegans.

Recommended dose for adults and children over 14 years of age:

• For a longer period:
  Take 4 capsules (2000 mg) daily with sufficient water, preferably on an empty stomach. Take 1-2 hours apart from meals. For instance, before breakfast, in the afternoon or in the evening before going to bed.
• Short-term use:
  Day 1-3: 2000 mg D-Mannose 3 times a day, space it apart to 1 dose every 2-3 hours
  Day 4-5: 2x daily 2000 mg D-Mannose
  Day 6-9: 1x daily 2000 mg D-Mannose

Children under 14 years of age:
For children under 14 years of age, take half the dosage, i.e., 1000 mg (2 capsules) per dose.

Alternative option:
If necessary, you can also open the capsules and stir the powder into water.

Note from the manufacturer:

• The manufacturer recommends taking 2 g of D-Mannose daily for at least 30 days.
• D-Mannose is also suitable for dogs, cats and horses. Please consult your vet.
