Description
ZeinPharma® Magnesium Citrate is formulated with an organic form of magnesium. In contrast to magnesium carbonate or magnesium oxide, this form is better absorbed by the body. 3 capsules per day provide 2040 mg magnesium citrate and 300 mg pure magnesium.
Recommended dose:
Swallow 3 capsules whole daily with plenty of water spread out over the course of the day, ideally with a meal.
Note from the manufacturer:
Children from the age of 4 years onwards can take a magnesium supplement, but only after consulting with a doctor and in the dose appropriate for their age.
