Description
5-HTP is 5-Hydroxytryptophan, a non-proteinogenic α-amino acid. A particularly high content of 5-HTP is found in the seeds of the African Black Bean (Griffonia simplicifolia). This is a 98% plant-based 5-HTP product.
Recommended use:
Swallow 3 capsules whole daily with sufficient water with or between meals. Do not chew. Alternatively, you can open the capsules and take the contents directly.
