Description
These Coenzyme Q10 softgel capsules contain 50 mg Kaneka QH™ Ubiquinol, which is absorbed by the body up to 8 times more efficiently than ubiquinone. The softgel capsules are made with rapeseed oil and stabilised with beeswax, making them suitable for a vegetarian diet.
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 softgel capsule daily with sufficient water, preferably with a meal containing fat.
Note:
Coenzyme Q10 is recommended for people over 40 as the body's natural Q10 levels decline with age. Younger individuals may also benefit from taking Q10, especially if they have increased energy demands or follow a plant-based diet. However, always consult a healthcare professional first.
