Description
ZeinPharma® Coenzym Q10 capsules contain Q10 obtained by yeast fermentation and is therefore 100% natural. This method of production makes it identical to the body's own Q10. The capsules are ideal for physically active people and adults 50 years old and up.
Recommended dosage:
- Swallow 1-2 capsules daily with plenty of water or juice - do not chew. Ideally, take before or with a meal. As Q10 is fat-soluble, it is preferable to take it with a meal containing a little fat or oil. The capsules can be taken at the same time or spread out over the course of the day.
- Alternatively, you can open the capsule and take the powder directly. Please note, however, that the powder does not dissolve well in water and is highly staining.
