Description
The B-Complex Forte Direct Spray contains all eight essential, water-soluble B vitamins that the body cannot produce itself:
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
- Vitamin B3 (niacin)
- Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
- Vitamin B7 (biotin)
- Vitamin B9 (folic acid)
- Vitamin B12 (cobalamin)
The recommended daily dose covers part of your daily requirement for vitamins B2 and B3, as well as the full daily requirement for the remaining vitamins.
- The spray is alcohol-free and has a pleasant orange flavour.
Recommended use:
- Spray one spray directly into the mouth 4 times a day. Take with or after a meal. Shake well before each spray!
