Description
The optimised recipe in Golden Mellow combines 6 carefully selected superfoods. Turmeric, ashwagandha, lucuma, ginger, cinnamon and coconut milk give the blend a unique, fresh and spicy taste. The high-quality ingredients are gently processed so as to retain all the micronutrients. Natural, purely plant-based and free from fillers.
How to use:
Stir 2 tsp Golden Mellow into warm or cold milk or a smoothie at any time of the day. Take once a day.
Recipe suggestion for 1 cup Golden Milk:
- 2 tsp Golden Mellow Mix
- 250 ml plant-based milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan
- Turn off the heat and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until frothy.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy.
