Notes:

Recommended use:

• Mix 20g (equivalent to one scoop) with 250 to 300 ml of water or any other liquid.

Recipe

Chocolate Biscuits in Just 20 Minutes (12 pieces):

• 1 cup of buckwheat flakes
• 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons peanut butter
• ½ teaspoon pure vanilla powder
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons applesauce
• 1 scoop of Plantforce Synergy Protein Chocolate
• about 60g good dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Add the buckwheat flakes, the cocoa and vanilla powder and the Plantforce Synergy chocolate to a bowl.
2. Whisk the eggs and add to the remaining ingredients.
3. Add the peanut butter and apple syrup and stir until a homogenous dough forms. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and mix it into the dough.
4. Form 12 small biscuits from the dough and place them on the baking sheet with baking paper. Bake for 7 minutes in a preheated oven and then allow to cool slightly.
