Description
These Magnesium Tablets by tetesept is a carefully balanced formulation of three magnesium compounds – magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate – to optimally support the body during times of physical strain. Thanks to a special slow-release formula, the magnesium is released gradually over several hours. The tablets are vegan and suitable for daily use.
Recommended intake:
In cases of increased magnesium requirements (e.g. due to high physical exertion combined with a magnesium-poor diet), take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid.
Note:
- May have a mild laxative effect.
- No additional magnesium supplements should be taken alongside this product.
