Description
The optimally designed Senior Protein by Sponser Sport Food is a high-quality powder with leucine, HMB and collagen that is perfect for supplementing protein requirements. In addition, the shake has the full range of amino acids along with vitamin D and vitamin B12. It is gluten-free and low in lactose.
Recommended dose:
1 serving daily, preferably within 90 minutes after an exercise session. Also suitable for protein supplements late in the evening or in the morning.
Preparation:
Mix 1 serving = 35 g powder + 250 ml water in a shaker or mixer
