Description
The special premium whey hydrolysate consists of a carefully designed protein matrix and contains hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, a high proportion of BCAA's and the amino acid leucine for a faster build-up phase. The special thing about this powder is the few carbohydrates and fats. In addition, this product is also lactose-free.
Application:
- Take at least 30 minutes before and/or within 30 minutes after training.
- Possible several times a day, regardless of training to cover protein requirements.
Preparation:
- Dissolve 3 measuring spoons (30g) in approx. 200ml of water.
- When preparing with milk, the amount of powder can be reduced to approx. 25g (2.5 measuring spoons).
- Prepare with a shaker or mixer.
