Description
This sports drink is ideal for long endurance workouts and high-intensity training!
The acid-free sports drink contains an impressive 5% protein in peptide form and eight different carbohydrate sources with different glycaemic indices.
It also contains VITARGOTM, a patented barley starch hydrolisate with a molecular weight that is around 100 times higher than conventional cereal starches.
The unique formula is also enriched with peptopro, glutamine and BCAA - the branched-chain amino acids valine, leucine, and isoleucine
Thanks to its mild flavour, the sports drink is not only a carbohydrate and protein-rich competition drink powder, but also a tasty drink!
Recommended use:
- Dissolve 60-80 g powder in 750-1000 ml water
- Suitable for before, during and after exercise
- Drink approx. 0.5-1 litre per hour, depending on how thirsty you feel and how much you sweat.
- If you have high energy needs, the concentration can be increased to 100-120 g powder per litre.
