Description
The caffeine caps are easy to dose and provide 50 mg of caffeine in its free form per capsule. This amount of caffeine corresponds to about half an espresso and is perfect for use for longer endurance activities that last over 3 hours. The caffeine caps can also be used for shorter workouts as it supports attentiveness and alertness during workouts.
Recommended for:
Long endurance workouts: for cycling, triathlons, trail running, hiking, ski touring, etc. We recommend 50-100 mg caffeine (1-2 capsules) per hour.
Short workouts: take before interval workouts (team sports), intensive endurance or strength workouts. Take the recommended amount of 3-4 mg caffeine per kg body weight around 30-60 minutes before use.
Application:
- Take 3-4 mg caffeine per kg body weight, approx. 30-60 minutes before workouts.
- For long-term workouts of around 3 hours, take 1-2 capsules (50-100 mg caffeine) per hour.
