Description

These natural caffeine shots in practical ampoules are perfect for everyday use and for sport. The highly concentrated Activator 200-Shot consists of various caffeine sources from guarana, mate, green tea extract and free-form caffeine. The shots make a nice alternative to energy gels and are vegan. They're perfect for supporting workouts.

Recommended use

  • Take 1 ampoule approx. 30-60 min before you would like to experience the effect (workouts, competitions, increased concentration)
  • Before a competition, we recommend avoiding caffeinated drinks for 2-3 days.
  • Otherwise, people who are used to caffeine may need a slightly higher intake for the desired effect.

Endurance sports:

  • Adult endurance athletes benefit from a dose of 3 mg/kg body weight, one hour before exercise.
  • Endurance athletes can take another ampoule after 3 hours of activity, or you can split one ampoule into two portions.
  • The necessary dosage depends on your body weight. The Activator lasts for approx. 2-4 hours, depending on how much you take.
