Description
Vitamin D3 from Sunflower Oil
- Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that has diverse and vital functions in the body. These mainly include the maintenance of normal bone and tooth structures and normal functions of muscles and the immune system. Often there is an insufficient supply of this essential nutrient. The daily requirement (about 4000-5000 units / 24 hours) is largely formed by endogenous synthesis from sunlight, and the smaller part by far (200 - 800 units) is supplied by the diet. In practice, it is hard to get enough sunlight to supply our needs during winter.
- Liquid D3 is highly concentrated with 1,000 IU per drop, so that it meets today's scientific & nutritional requirements and allows fast, easy uptake.
- 1 drop (0.03 ml) = 1000 IU of Vitamin D3
Recommended use:
- Adults: take 1 drop daily (about 0.03 ml), preferably with a warm main meal.
