Description
Various tocopherols and tocotrienols encompass the entire spectrum of vitamin E in the Organic E Gamma Plex soft capsules. It contains d-alpha-tocopherol, one of the most active tocopherol compounds in vitamin E, as well as beta-, gamma- and delta-tocopherols. Selenium adds an extra boost to the contents of the soft capsules.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 softgel capsule per day with a meal or glass of water.
