Description
Each chewable tablet contains 3mg (elemental) pure zinc from gluconate. It also contains green oats, which has been known as an invigorating tonic for 200 years, and dextrose as a quick source of power.
Consumption recommendation:
2 tablets daily with plenty of liquid, preferably 2 hours before or after a meal.
Alternatively, Avena Sativa can be taken in the evening before bed.
