Description
Swiss chard belongs to the beet plant genus and, with its iron, potassium, manganese, magnesium and calcium content, is an extremely valuable vegetable. Due to the dried form, these ingredients are concentrated.
Consumption recommendation and preparation:
The powder is ideal for enriching smoothies, juices, soups or salad dressings. The chard powder is also ideal as a natural colouring agent for food, such as pasta, cake or pizza dough.
For a smoothie, simply stir one tablespoon (approx. 12g) of the powder into 500ml of liquid.
