Xylitol based gelling powder for fruit spreads
- 3: 1 gel to sweetener
- Make fruit spreads containing no added sugar.
- Birch sugar has the same sweetening power as household sugar.
Recommended Use:
Recipe:
Add 750 g of washed and chopped fruit (or 500ml fruit juice) to a large pot. Add the gelling powder, mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly and cook for 5 min. Pour the hot jam into clean jars and seal immediately seal.
- Store, cool and dark in the refrigerator after opening.
Note: may produce laxative effects if consumed in excess.
