Description
Antarctic krill are tiny planktonic crustaceans that live in the cold waters of the Antarctic and other oceans. Although only a few centimetres in size, krill are rich in the important omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The softgel capsules by Purely Nutrition are also enriched with astaxanthin – a natural red pigment that helps protect the oil from oxidation. Choline likewise supports the body in a range of processes.
The softgel capsules are free from gluten and lactose. They have no unpleasant fish flavour.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 softgel capsules daily with sufficient liquid, ideally during a meal.
