Description

Zinc (Zinc Picolinate) by Pure Encapsulations contains zinc that is bound to picolinic acid.

The supplement is hypoallergenic and does not contain any unnecessary additives.

Recommended use:

Take 1 capsule every second day between meals.
Take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal.
Do not take for a period longer than 8 weeks. After taking for 8 weeks, take a break for 6 months.

Please note:

Limit use to a few weeks/months.
Only intended for adults.
If you are also taking iron supplements, make sure not to take them at the same time as you take the zinc capsules. Iron and zinc can inhibit each other's absorption if taken at the same time.
