Description

The organic coconut blossom sugar by Purasana is obtained from the nectar of the coconut flower. It is an unrefined brown sugar, and has an aromatic, intense flavour and has a sweet caramel flavour. Perfect for desserts, pastries or shakes. The coconut blossom sugar adds a dark colour.

Recommended Use:

  • Perfect as an addition to baby food, fruit purees, desserts, pastries, cereals, or to sweeten smoothies. Also suitable for cocktails.
