Thyme thymol is stronger and more intense than the mild thyme linalool type. Thyme thymol is often used as a support during the cold season.
Application:
- For aroma care or as a supplement in a bath, mix a maximum of 5 drops with 3 tablespoons of sea salt and add to the bath water.
