Recommended use:
Take 1-3 sachets per hour as needed during intense exercise.
Varieties with caffeine: 1-3 sachets per day. Take 1 sachet as required at regular intervals during intense exercise.
Note:
The Cola flavour contains 100 mg caffeine/sachet, Mojito and Cherry contain 51 mg caffeine/sachet.

Energy gel
Really great product, i and tried all kinds and this one probanly several hundreds, if running fast i take one every 20 mins, if running easy after each 6-7 km and so on...good sruff don't hesitate to buy
