Description
This Mineral Vitamin Drink (MVD) from Peeroton provides essential minerals and vitamins. The chromium it contains improves the breakdown of carbohydrates and proteins.
It can also be enjoyed as a warm drink (up to 40°).
A sports drink should
- provide energy in the form of carbohydrates during strenuous exercise,
- have good bioavailability, should be sugar-free or low-sugar and hypotonic or isotonic
- taste good and be refreshing.
Consumption recommendation:
Add 4.5g (= 1 measuring spoon) to a cup and pour 500 ml water over it. One can of the product is sufficient to prepare 30 litres of the drink.
Note: Can also be prepared as a hot drink (up to 40°C). It tastes delicious as a milkshake too (replace the water fully or partially with milk)
