Description
This B complex combines B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin, folic acid and B12 with vitamin C, choline, inositol and PABA. Vitamin C supports normal energy metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The B vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal function of the nervous system and to the formation of red blood cells. The B vitamins also support the normal functioning of the immune system.
The product contains no sugar, gluten, yeast or synthetic colourings, flavourings or preservatives and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Recommended intake:
1 tablet daily, preferably during or after a meal; up to 2 tablets daily if required.
Note:
Niacin can cause reddening of the skin, itching and a feeling of warmth. This is harmless and will pass after a while.
