Description
This product combines 4 different lactic acid-forming microbiological cultures in a recommended daily dose of 6 billion colony-forming units (CFU). The formula is supplemented with prebiotic fibres such as inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS), which serve as food for the cultures.
Recommended intake:
1 capsule daily, up to 2 capsules daily if required; preferably take with plenty of water on an empty stomach before going to bed.
