Description

This almond flour is made from the press cake that is produced when almond oil is extracted from almonds. It has a lower fat content and is perfect for baked goods, cooking or for making muesli, desserts, sauces, ice creams and much more! Perfect as a gluten-free, low-carb alternative.

Tip: Since the flour lacks gluten, another flour or a thickening agent such as guar gum must be added when baking so that the dough binds better.

Note: The colour of the almond flour depends on the colour of the almonds used for the batch. This means that the colour also differs in your final products, even though the flavour remains the same!
