Description
Nattokinase (NK) is a profilbrinolytic serine protease, originally extracted from natto, a traditional Japanese food. Natto is fermented, cooked and in with Bacillus subtilis natto incubated soybeans.
Nattokinase can contribute to stabilize normal blood clotting values, as well as support the endogenous fibrinolysis (clots and thrombi resolution). Optimal working fibrinolytic and thrombolytic mechanisms are an important prerequisite for the functioning of many body systems such as the heart, circulation and brain.
Recommended use: 1 softgel twice a day, along with 1/4 l of water, regardless of mealtimes.
