Description
Cellulose is an excellent source of insoluble fiber. Unlike soluble, insoluble fiber can serve only to a minor extent as food for unwanted bacteria. In addition, they are fermented not so quickly to short-chain fatty acids. Cellulose has no effect on cholesterol levels and inactivates many bowel toxins.
The consumption of large amounts of insoluble fiber is associated with a reduced risk for intestinal problems and can contribute to a balanced intestinal flora.
Directions for use: Stir 1 teaspoon powder in water and take two to three times daily before meals. Slowly increase the amount if necessary (compatibility note) up to a maximum of 20 g a day. Sensitive people should start with smaller amounts.
