Description
These Açaí berries are sourced from Pará in northern Brazil and are carefully washed immediately after harvest before the pulp is removed and freeze-dried at -40 degrees. This process conserves the natural product without having to resort to preservatives or radiation.
- The Açaí powder can be used for cooking, baking and as a topping.
Recommended use:
- Add 10-15g (5g = 1 tsp) to a smoothie, cereal or baking mixture.
