Description
Super C Complex by Nature's Plus contains vitamin C from ascorbic acid and is optimised with rosehip and Acerola cherry. Bioflavonoids such as rutin and hesperidin complement the formulation to improve vitamin C absorption. Vitamin C is the most important water-soluble antioxidant and cannot be synthesised by the body. One tablet contains 1000 mg vitamin C and 500 mg bioflavonoids.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid.
