ENERGY TIP:
BCAA Recovery should preferably be taken only with pure water, on a relatively empty stomach.
RECOMMENDED:
Take 1 tablet for every 15 kg of body weight after endurance training with water. Alternatively, take an additional 1-2 tablets approximately 30 minutes before prolonged exercise.
