Description

The Essentials O3-D3-K2 capsules by More Nutrition are suitable for daily intake. They contain the valuable omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA derived from fish oil. A daily dose of 250 mg DHA or more can contribute to the maintenance of normal vision and normal brain function.

The omega-3 fatty acids are supplemented with the fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2. The capsules do not contain any preservatives.

Recommended dose:
Swallow 2 capsules whole twice a day with sufficient liquid, preferably before a meal that includes some fat. Do not chew.
