Description
META-CARE® Osteo Fit capsules contain a nutrient complex of essential bone minerals. The capsules contain plant-based calcium from red algae, magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, and boron. The capsules are vegetarian and non-GMO.
Recommended dose:
Swallow 2 capsules 3 times daily with liquid after meals. Do not chew.
