Description
This tea is made from common mallow leaves (malvae folium) and is made without any flavour additives, flavour enhancers, additives or genetic engineering.
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
