Description

This tea is made from carefully selected elderflowers.

It contains no flavour enhancers, additives or genetically modified ingredients.
Elderflower blossom (Sambuci flos)

Preparation:

For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
