Just mix the IronMaxx maltodextrin into your juice, sports drink or protein shake. The neutral taste of maltodextrin combines perfectly with whatever you combine it with.
Recommended use:
- Take one serving immediately after getting up and another immediately after exercise.
Preparation: Mix 60g (about 3 heaped tablespoons) into water or milk.
Tip: We recommend mixing with, for example, titanium v.2.0 or 100% whey protein.
