Description
The 100% Casein Protein by IronMaxx® has an anti-catabolic effect that delivers slowly digesting protein.
The protein mix is also sweetened with stevia and is ultrafine. This means it can be prepared with water as well as milk. Preparing the drink with water instead of milk cuts calories, fats, sugars and carbohydrates.
Recommended use:
- Mix 250 ml of water or cool, low-fat milk (fat content 1.5%) with about 2 ½ tablespoons of powder (25g).
- Take up to 4 servings a day, as needed. We recommend consumption before exercise or competitions, directly after training and before bedtime.
