Description
Valerian is a frost-resistant plant that is widespread in Portugal and western Asia. A moisture-loving plant, it thrives in damp soils and can even withstand occasional flooding. From May to June, valerian is often found growing along the banks of watercourses. Its delicate blooms, ranging from pale pink to pure white, have a sweet fragrance.
Recommended dosage: Take 1 tablet per day.
